# Commands

ScamShield provides both **slash commands** (recommended) and **prefix commands** for interacting with the bot.

## Command Types

| Type   | Prefix | Example  | Availability    |
| ------ | ------ | -------- | --------------- |
| Slash  | `/`    | `/help`  | Everywhere      |
| Prefix | `s.`   | `s.help` | Server channels |

## Prefix

The bot's prefix is `s.`. For example, `s.ping` checks bot latency.

| `/ping` or `s.ping` | Check bot latency                     |
| `/check`            | Analyse a message or image for scams  |
